Session 6: Disruptive change

Daniel Terner is the Head of Marketing, a member of the Executive Board, and a partner at AEB GmbH, a leading provider of IT solutions for global supply chain management. Mr. Terner is fascinated by everything that moves and shakes us: disruptive technologies, corporate communications, music, supply chain management, collaborative consumption, and the social shift.

Born in 1971 in the town that produces Germany’s most popular beer brand. Doesn’t like beer himself though. Raised in Stuttgart during German Autumn, he learned that we no longer have all the time in the world. Studied history and anglistics in Stuttgart, and wrote his master’s thesis about „PR for the genocide of the Jews”. In 1998, he begins working as technical editor for Stuttgart based logistics software provider AEB. After a brief 2-year spell as copywriter in an ad agency, he returns to AEB in 2003 and becomes head of marketing. Meanwhile he’s living with his wife and three of his four children in Hamburg. He is the singer of the unknown band (and rightly so) "Log'n Roll-Band" "Signed Sealed Delivered", having the pleasure of featuring this evening at the after work party.
